Examples of healthy process transformation include companies like Domino’s Pizza, where customers can now order from any device. This transformation can create tremendous morality in a company.

Business Model Transformation

Process transformation concentrates on exclusive areas of the business. Business model transformations seek the foundational elementary units of providing value in a particular industry. Companies are using digital transformation to modify traditional business models. For instance, wholesome changes like this can entirely change the industries. Uber and Netflix changed their respective enterprises by offering new services that did not exist earlier.

Domain Transformation

Domain transformation is essential when a business slips into another sector of business. The notion of a domain transformation may not attain as much vigilance in the digital transformation sector, but it can be a highly profitable form of transformation. It does not mean vacating your current business sector. It means using your existing equity to try hands-on new opportunities. The best example is the online mega-retailer Amazon. It plodded into a new market domain with Amazon Web Services (AWS) take-off. 

Cultural/Organizational Transformation

Digital transformation does not necessarily only entail digital processes. Your business should also align its integrity and demeanor, including developing a clear and effectively conveyed vision about how the organization will work steadily within the new digital hierarchies. If, by chance, you fail to transform your company culture, you endanger potentially lower productivity and, sometimes, revenue. HubSpot is an example of a company that prioritizes organizational culture and digital modernity.
