Knowing your right audience is highly important. The m ore you know your ideal customer, the easier it becomes to target them. Once it is done, you would want to monitor if your campaign is working well. To do so, you will need to identify the pointers that could mark the success of your campaign. This could be conversion rate, increment in sales, visitors, reach, mentions, shares and interaction on social media pages.

Of course, you’d have expectations from your campaign, but you should be careful that you do not put too much on stakes. Social media campaigns are very common these days.
